These Terms & Conditions ("Terms of Use" or "Agreement") govern your use of the Rollbook web application and Android application (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Gyankaar Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
You represent that you are a teacher, administrator or authorised representative of an educational institution and that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
Rollbook provides tools for enrolling students and marking attendance via facial recognition from classroom photographs. We may introduce additional features from time to time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time without notice.
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, graphics, text and logos, are owned by or licensed to the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
Certain features of Rollbook may be offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any applicable taxes. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
