About these terms
These terms govern a school's use of RollBook, school administration software operated by Neotech C & S, Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh, India, and run by Sunil Jadhaw. By using RollBook, the school agrees to these terms.
School accounts
RollBook is not a public self-service service. We set up each school directly. Each school is responsible for its authorised users, for keeping account credentials confidential, and for promptly removing access for staff who no longer need it.
School data
The school remains responsible for the information it enters into RollBook and for ensuring it has the authority to provide that information. We use school data only to provide and support the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The school may request an export or deletion of its data by contacting us.
Acceptable use
The school and its users must use RollBook lawfully, protect student and staff privacy, and must not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or another school's information.
Availability and changes
We work to keep RollBook available and secure, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances outside our control. We may update the service and these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated to affected schools where appropriate.
