Every student's details, admission number, class and section, and their guardians' contact numbers — searchable in one place.
Daily attendance
A class register a teacher can mark from a phone in under a minute, standing in front of the class.
Roster import
Upload the spreadsheet the school already keeps. RollBook reads the columns, shows exactly what it will create, and lets you undo the whole import if it looks wrong.
Staff and access
The school's administrator decides who can sign in and what each person can see. Access is removed the moment someone leaves.
How a school gets started
RollBook is not self-serve, and there is no public sign-up. We set each school up ourselves: we agree what you need, import your existing student data from your own spreadsheets, create accounts for your staff, and sit with you while your office team learns it.
That means every person who receives a RollBook email is a member of staff at a school that has chosen to use it, added by their own school's administrator. Nobody can create an account on this website.

Your school's data
- It stays in India. Everything is stored in Mumbai (AWS Asia Pacific), not overseas.
- One school cannot see another. Separation is enforced by the database itself, on every single query, not by application code that could forget.
- Encrypted in transit and at rest, with automatic daily backups.
- It is your data. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. Ask for an export or a deletion and you get it.
